AI Platform Team Software Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our dynamic and ambitious team focused on building centralized AI infrastructure and acceleration solutions that drive productivity, innovation, and customer impact.

As a key member of the team, you'll be driving this transformative shift within the company, working with state-of-the-art AI models, frameworks, and tools. You'll explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, lead project execution, write high-quality code, architect scalable systems, mentor team members, debug complex technical issues, review feature designs, and build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors.

Key qualifications include 15+ years of experience in software engineering, proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, strong technical skills in system design and coding, and a passion for building an open financial system that unites the world.

Nice to have qualifications include experience navigating rapid company growth, familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, and background in AI/LLM infrastructure.
