Spearhead the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) into enterprise applications, driving innovation and efficiency across business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions into production environments, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum ROI.
  • Lead large-scale application portfolio management, fostering strategic alignment and effective governance across functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams to develop and integrate AI-driven core business platforms.
  • Strategically oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide GenAI adoption, leveraging expertise in leadership and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise program management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture, with ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
  • Excellent governance skills, with ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and drive organizational change.
