Digital Transformation Leader

The Digital Transformation Leader will be responsible for spearheading digital transformation across the organization. This includes guiding and executing roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering.

This role requires strong analytical and conceptual direction to ensure alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving RPA programs and deploying automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps
  • Provide analytical and conceptual guidance to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives
  • Promote continuous improvement and delivery on committed productivity
  • Implement standard Global Processes and champion best practices
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards and Lean Six sigma projects
  • Design, implement, test and complete all In-Scope CI Projects
  • Leverage lean six sigma practices and processes to drive value-added initiatives
  • Support Operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value, productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology
  • Experience in managing client discussion and driving large transformation programs

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • F&A Domain - PTP
  • Client facing consulting experience
