
Senior Portfolio Growth Director

Findoc is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Growth Director. This professional will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and servicing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) by offering a wide range of wealth management solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development:
- Drive the acquisition of UHNWIs and HNWIs, creating tailored wealth management strategies to meet their unique financial needs.
- Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
- Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and position Findoc's offerings as optimal solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the business.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly meet clients to review their portfolios, discuss market trends, and suggest adjustments based on evolving financial goals and market conditions.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
- Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
- Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service.
- Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the business.
Investment Product Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, and be able to communicate their features effectively.
- Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products, and regulatory changes.
Sales & Performance Metrics:
- Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics to senior management.
