Senior Business Development Director

The role of Senior Business Development Director is a critical leadership position responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and account management.

This individual will lead the development of a comprehensive client acquisition strategy, focusing on key sectors such as IT, engineering, healthcare, and professional services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to drive business growth.
  • Identify and target prospective clients through market research, industry events, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, with a hunter mentality and strong leadership abilities.
