Creative Visionary Leader

As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across various mediums. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful brand campaigns that drive business growth and inspire audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually compelling ideas that capture the essence of brands and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and other teams to create strong brand campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards and consistency.
  • Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating the value and impact of each campaign.
  • Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in advertising/design, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development, with a deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and up-to-date with emerging tools and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver under deadlines, while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
