Account Management Expertise

Job Description:

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of educational institutions, focusing on expanding usage within existing group schools and generating high-quality referrals. Your primary objective is to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic stakeholder engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the Customer Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts aligned to your experience and capacity.
  • Drive strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion in group schools and high-quality referrals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Principals, HODs, Chairpersons, and Head Office decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Enablement Managers (CEMs) to monitor usage trends and adoption risks.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities - new modules, branches, or use cases.
  • Proactively source referrals and act on warm intros to other institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or CS roles in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with CXO/decision-maker level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence renewals, referrals, or upsell outcomes.
  • High ownership mindset - treats each customer like their own business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language fluency is a plus).
  • Experience working with educational institutions is a strong advantage.
