
Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in deepening our engagement with state government departments and exploring institutional opportunities beyond the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across state government departments, identifying opportunities for us to support government initiatives through digital payment solutions, savings, payments, and financial inclusion.
- Drive empanelment efforts across government schemes, ensuring seamless onboarding for state-led initiatives and representing us in government meetings, workshops, and partnership forums.
- Develop strategic partnerships in areas like Cash Management Services (CMS), BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), transit ecosystems, and large-format retail chains, pitching tailored payment and banking solutions to large institutions and managing end-to-end conversion.
- Owning the account strategy, drive revenue and volume growth across assigned partnerships, maintaining strong market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities in both government and institutional sectors, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting account performance metrics regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in government/business development, institutional sales, or key account management, prior exposure to working with government departments or large institutional clients preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and driving growth, strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, proficiency in the local language of the assigned state mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduate/MBA preferred).
