Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Indore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in lead research, qualification, or similar roles in B2B & B2C environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
