As a Senior Seller Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping sellers based in India to expand their global reach on Walmart.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a scalable recruitment strategy for sellers by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining business portfolios.
- Explore and identify channels to recruit sellers based on overall acquisition strategic business plans to drive aggressive growth.
- Provide consulting advice to support sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart.
- Track, analyze, and report on personal and team KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term and long-term business goals.
- Improve sellers' onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree and 2+ years of experience in business development. They should be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with local cross-border e-commerce ecosystems for in-depth industry cluster insight collection and drive new seller acquisitions.
