Senior Leader Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader to drive business growth and improvement. This key position will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance revenue delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, KPIs standards, and insurance collection processes. They will also possess expertise in downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.

A strong leader with experience managing 5-10 teams is required. The successful candidate will ensure that the portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks. They will actively develop the management capabilities and business acumen of direct reporters and drive the development of team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Presently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
  • Handled a team of 150+.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
