About the Role
The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years of experience in driving sales through insurance intermediaries, preferably with expertise in health tech/insurtech/insurance player partnerships.
- A proven track record of building and leading sales teams on the ground.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
