Job Title: Growth Strategist

A seasoned sales professional is sought to lead the growth of a new service business in the USA, reporting directly to the Owner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations
  • Expertise in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills
  • Familiarity with client management, team management, and negotiation skills
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value

Responsibilities include:

  • Holding or capable of getting direct clients and opportunities in the US
  • Owning the sales/growth process and responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets
  • Identifying higher margin opportunities and helping the business pivot accordingly
  • Planning, executing, and building teams that could deliver and partner with businesses
