Senior Performance Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our digital growth efforts. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Your primary focus will be on driving sustainable business outcomes through data-driven decision making and creative problem-solving. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute performance marketing plans that drive scalable growth.
  • Lead budget allocation and forecasting initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement continuous testing and optimization frameworks to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to develop aligned campaigns.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
