Job Title: Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication.
  • You will also be responsible for onboard new colleges and universities, providing necessary training and support to clients, and maintaining CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Additionally, you will analyze growth metrics and share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, in-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
