Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing a lead pipeline of education programs, providing customized information to interested executives, and guiding customers through the program enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline of education programs from globally renowned universities
  • Provide in-depth information to interested executives and guide them through the program enrollment process
  • Ensure timely updates on CRM software and follow up on program milestones and payments
  • Develop best practices for customer interaction and recommend appropriate programs
  • Mentor and motivate a diverse inside sales team to achieve high enrollment rates
Requirements
  • Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/sales targets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills
  • Strong phone/video call presence and ability to multitask
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs and follow up on leads
