Inside Sales Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and provide sales support to customers and partners.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to E2E standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attain targeted sales acquisition goals and performance as per the KRAs.
- Build rewarding long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Experience in the Cloud/ Hosting industry is a plus.

Skill Sets and Qualifications Required
- 2-5 Years of Inside Sales/Sales Experience in B2B technology sales.
- B.Tech/MCA in Computers/Information Technology or MBA with relevant experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ready for Full Time work from office role.
