
Senior Business Development Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key Accountabilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

6. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention, handling customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.
8. Collaborate with wealth management and investment teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, working closely with branch managers, sales teams, and support staff to achieve collective goals.
9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
