Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Lead in account mining activities, ensuring cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
- Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry. Good grasp of technology and product engineering to speak customer language in various discussions.
- Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Expected to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
- Candidate must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
- Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price etc.
- Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
