Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Execution Lead to drive our sales, hiring, and delivery efforts forward. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires you to manage client accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and jump into urgent tasks as needed. You'll work closely with designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales and close new business through pitch calls and negotiations.
- Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles.
- Manage client accounts to deliver flawless and fast results.
- Collaborate with teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Solve problems proactively and provide solutions before they become issues.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, or operations.
- A proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- The ability to work in a zero-ego environment where hustle and high pressure are expected.
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends when necessary.
