Job Title: High Performance Specialist

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Mysore/Bangalore


To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in software development or performance testing and engineering with systems analysis. Experience working with agile practices is highly valued.


You will be responsible for engaging in the entire lifecycle of services - from inception to deployment, operation, and refinement. This includes activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, launch reviews, service measurement and monitoring, incident response, change management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.


The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the service. You will also be responsible for implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes. Additionally, you will align with and improve change management and capacity planning processes.


Your focus will be on maintaining a deep understanding of system functionality and architecture, with a primary focus on operational aspects of the service (availability, performance, change management, incident response, capacity planning, etc.). You will contribute to operational excellence by facilitating improved NPS with customers (internal & external) and addressing specific operational needs & concerns.


This position requires hands-on experience with monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk, End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter, DevOps, CI/CD, WebLogic, Oracle Databases, and Cloud Native Services.

Required Skills:

Gatling, AWS Cloud, Harness, K6, Mandatory skills: End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter. Hands-on experience with Monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk etc., Performance Engineering Activities. Devops and CI with CD, Web logic, Oracle Databases, Cloud native services
