About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and ensuring their performance meets our standards.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of business and infrastructure, as well as excellent communication skills to work with business/development team managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with business or project teams to identify scope
  • Prepare Non-Functional Requirement Document
  • Develop performance test strategy and test plan
  • Assess test readiness - environment, test data, and test scripts
  • Design workload model
  • Execute performance tests
  • Monitor test results using tools like AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, and Splunk
  • Analyze test results and prepare reports
  • Present reports to development/business teams and secure approvals

The successful candidate will have experience working with onsite/offshore models, performance testing tools like Neo Load and LoadRunner, and Fiddler and Chrome Developer Tools.

This is a mid-senior level position in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry, with a contract employment type and job functions including business development and consulting.
