Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Tester to join our ranks. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong expertise in performance testing practices, including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing. You will work closely with our development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements and provide recommendations to improve system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex performance test scripts using JMeter.
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance gaps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define performance test requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and project discussions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Core Java for scripting and custom test development.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration.
