Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in IBA, UK insurance accounting, and financial operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash applications, collections, insurer reconciliations, and preparing bordereaux and client money calculations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure timely delivery of broker-related financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Applications and Collections: Manage cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Insurer Reconciliations: Maintain accurate records of insurer transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Bordereaux and Client Money Calculations: Prepare and review bordereaux and client money reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • IBA Expertise: Proven experience in IBA, including knowledge of insurance accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • UK Insurance Accounting: Strong understanding of UK insurance accounting laws and regulations.
  • Financial Operations: Ability to manage complex financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
