Job Title:

Management Trainee - Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Financial Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Maintain the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy
  • Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliation, inter-company accounting & month end close
  • Collaborate with auditors and management to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office
  • Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) would be preferred
  • Good written & verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
