Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain core modules within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of core SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM).
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and reporting tools is a plus.
