Key Responsibilities :


- Design and develop reports using Tables, Canvas, Tiles, Dashboards, and Story Reports in SAP SuccessFactors.

- Implement and enable IAS/IPS for Story Reports (People Analytics).

- Resolve reporting-related issues and provide customers with root cause analysis and resolution updates.

- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) specifically for reporting access and visibility.

- Create and manage complex queries in Advanced Reporting and Detailed Reporting.

- Import standard reports, validate and customize queries as required.

- Manage report migration between SuccessFactors instances.

- Share reports with appropriate Users, Roles, and Groups based on organizational needs.

- Schedule reports using Legacy Report Distributor Tool, Report Scheduler, and Provisioning.

- Create Tiles and configure them on the SuccessFactors Home Page, assigning access to relevant user groups.

- Utilize administrative tools such as Manage Workforce Analytics, Sync Report Center Search, and Purge Advanced Reporting Metadata Cache.

- Perform pre and post-refresh activities related to Analytics/Reporting for system maintenance and updates.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, especially Workforce Analytics and Planning.

- Proficiency in IAS/IPS setup and implementation for People Analytics.

- Deep understanding of RBP configuration for reports and analytics.

- Experience with Canvas, Story, Advanced, and Detailed Reporting tools.

- Knowledge of report lifecycle management, including import/export, sharing, and scheduling.

- Ability to manage reporting tools across multiple Familiarity with SuccessFactors provisioning tools and system administration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Reporting or Workforce Analytics certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

- Prior experience working with global SAP implementations.
