3+ yrs of experience in support activities such as configuration, permissions, workflows, data corrections, and reports.

3+ years of experience supporting configuration changes, role/permission updates, and data corrections as per business requirements.

4+ years of experience assisting release management, regression testing, and validation of quarterly SuccessFactors updates

Key Responsibilities


• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc. – as applicable).


• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution in line with SLA.


• Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and maintenance activities to ensure application availability and performance.


• Support configuration changes, role/permission updates, and data corrections as per business requirements.


• Coordinate with SAP support (OSS tickets) for unresolved or product-related issues.


• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for end-to-end issue resolution.


• Assist in release management, regression testing, and validation of quarterly SuccessFactors updates.


• Document knowledge base articles, support guides, and issue resolutions.


• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements.


• Provide end-user training and functional guidance where required.
