**Job Details**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with experience in Precision Pumps to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Precision Pumps sector.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Precision Pumps sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Precision Pumps industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
