**Job Details**
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with experience in Precision Pumps to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Precision Pumps sector.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Precision Pumps sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Precision Pumps industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
