Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Executing sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand is also an important responsibility.
  • Building strong client relationships both internally and externally and building a strong brand identification with potential customers is critical to the success of this role.
  • Ensuring vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors is also an essential part of this job.
  • Developing strong distribution channels is also required for the success of this role.
  • Compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations is essential.
