Strategic Marketing Automation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Automation Lead to join our team at Real Time Data Services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in Zoho CRM and excellent Excel skills. They will be responsible for leading the integration of marketing automation and CRM systems, as well as auditing to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performance Measurement: Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns
- Data Management: Work closely with Sales Ops and Development Teams to ensure data is synced seamlessly in Zoho CRM for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- B2B marketing experience with at least 2+ years of experience in Zoho CRM
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
