
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our outbound prospecting efforts by reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments.
This is a remote opportunity with the potential to convert into a full-time position. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and other channels to potential clients.
- Research prospects and tailor your approach to improve engagement.
- Nurture early-stage conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of your outreach activity and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to test and refine our outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales outreach (desired).
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
