Job Summary

A highly motivated and results-driven Digital Payments Strategist is sought after to join Amazon Pay's growth team. This exciting opportunity will focus on driving consumer adoption for various Amazon Pay products, such as Co-branded Credit cards, Amazon Pay Balance, Amazon Pay UPI, and Amazon Pay later.

About the Role

The successful candidate will create and build growth levers for Amazon Pay products to enable adoption at scale. This includes managing the fastest-growing category of UPI payments to build preference and adoption for Amazon Pay UPI across merchant partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute GTM Campaigns: Design and implement go-to-market campaigns for Amazon Pay UPI across offline retailers and external e-commerce players, including all marketing touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies, focusing on selection, consumer experience improvement, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Differentiated Propositions: Create unique value propositions for identified customer cohorts across UPI use-cases on merchants through consumer connects and partnership-led pilots and learning interventions.
  • Growth Levers and ROI Mindset: Drive quarterly user-growth across external merchants by leveraging growth levers with a return-on-investment mindset, meticulously tracking partner-level interventions.
About the Team

Amazon Pay's Growth team leads the charter to drive consumer adoption for various Amazon Pay products. The team enables consumers to experience and realize value in their everyday payments use-cases, such as scan QR, send money, and bill payments.

Requirements
  • Professional Marketing Experience: 3+ years of non-internship marketing experience, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Data Analysis and Excel Skills: Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements, along with experience working with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
