**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our organizational development initiatives, focusing on training and development programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training plans, addressing skill gaps and strategic goals across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and align initiatives with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Design customized training plans that address skill gaps and strategic goals.
  • Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
  • Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
