  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pan-India L&D strategy aligned with business transformation and growth objectives.
  • Establish and operationalize Management Development Centres and Assessment Centres for leadership pipeline development.
  • Drive talent readiness through customized learning journeys for different employee segments.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute a leadership development framework that fosters organizational capability building.
  • Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions.
  • Act as a change agent for cultural transformation and continuous learning.
Learning Infrastructure & Innovation

Integrate digital learning platforms (LMS, LXPs, mobile learning) across locations to promote blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.

Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.

Talent & Leadership Development

Develop and execute succession planning frameworks and high-potential talent programs to ensure leadership pipeline continuity.

Lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives to foster professional growth.

Governance & ROI

Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership to ensure compliance with statutory and industry-specific training mandates.

Ensure measurable ROI on L&D investments through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources from a reputable institution is preferred.

A minimum of 10-18 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector.

Proven track record in setting up MDCs/Assessment Centers and leading capability building programs.

Desired Profile

Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools is essential.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are required to drive strategic change.

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement is a must to stay ahead in this field.
