Job Title:

The Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting will lead the development, execution and orchestration of cutting-edge learning solutions.

  • Lead the design and delivery of learning solutions integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences (storyboards, videos, simulations, blended learning).
  • Drive visualization and design consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Lead large, complex client engagements.
  • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Lead solution design, pricing, proposal development, and high-stakes presentations/pilots to senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Mobilize and align resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
