An Intranet Platform Strategist

About the Role:

This is a highly sought-after position for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end ownership of our intranet platform. As an Intranet Platform Strategist, you will be responsible for managing its functionalities, enhancements, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and hands-on experience in platform management, business process design, and cross-functional collaboration. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the intranet platform as a business-critical system, ensuring its functionalities, enhancements, and day-to-day operations are aligned with business objectives.
  • Refine, validate, and qualify new feature requests and enhancements for inclusion in the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Change Request (CR) process for our intranet platform.
  • Author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; manage backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure effective prioritization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Product performance metrics, such as page views, engagement rates, and user satisfaction scores.
  • User feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance platform usability.
  • Timely delivery and quality of features and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online sites, integration with Viva Suite and Office 365, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in UX design, quality control, and Agile methodologies, including sprint tracking and software development.
  • Proven track record in business process ownership, especially for internal platforms or enterprise applications.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management will be an added advantage.
