Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Handover Specialist to join our team. As a Site Handover Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of properties from construction to occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Snagging & Desnagging: Conduct thorough inspections of flats and common areas to identify any defects or issues.
  • Flat Readiness: Ensure that flats are ready for possession, including completing all necessary paperwork and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Handling: Manage customer queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, design, MEP, and operations, to ensure seamless handovers and takeovers.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of assets, including reviewing maintenance charges and ensuring MIS reports are generated as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or MEP engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in handover and finishing.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SFDC (not mandatory).
