Job Summary:

The Interior/Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior design and fit-out projects at the site. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and workers, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion as per design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, civil, and finishing works.
  • Ensure execution as per approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
  • Maintain site safety standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify measurements, materials, and BOQ against actual site requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays.
  • Conduct quality checks on work done and rectify defects immediately.
  • Ensure timely project handover to the client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
