Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, manage on-site staff, and ensure project timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards, conducting site inspections, and maintaining quality control. The role also involves managing procurement, handling client interactions, and preparing regular site reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, site supervision, and coordination
  • Skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, and polishing
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, manage procurement, and maintain quality control
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience in the interior contracting industry is a plus
