Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Interior Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for reporting, tracking materials, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects (residential/commercial).
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports using MS Excel.
  • Prepare material requirement lists and track inventory using Excel sheets.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain site documentation including attendance, work logs, and material records.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and clients on site status.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, reporting, tracking, and basic formulas).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
