Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Interior Design) who will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensure timely project execution as per design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise and monitor all on-site activities during project execution.


• Coordinate between design team, contractors, vendors, and clients.


• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and design specifications.


• Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines.


• Manage site documentation, daily progress reports, and material records.


• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution challenges.


• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at site.


• Handle workforce allocation and supervise contractors/labour teams.


• Assist in project handover and final quality checks.

Requirements


• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.


• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience in interior design projects.


• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.


• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.


• Willingness to travel to sites and work under deadlines.
