Site Operations Strategist

The role of Shift Operations Manager involves overseeing the entire site operations, including technical maintenance and handover of technical systems. You will be responsible for managing data collection and reporting, supervising shifts and technicians, deploying team resources effectively to achieve service levels and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize data collection and prepare MIS reports
- Supervise shifts and technicians
- Deploy team resources efficiently
- Troubleshoot breakdowns
- Issue work permits and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Develop cost-saving measures and energy-saving initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and upgrade equipment
- Manage contracts and vendors
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve technical problems
- Resourcefulness and capacity planning skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience in technical training and mentoring
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and project guidelines
