Site Operations Director

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring flawless execution and delivering results across multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, overseeing all stages of the process.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of sites, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Monitor on-site work quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications, enforcing compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Travel to project sites as necessary to oversee execution and resolve challenges, providing guidance and support.
Operations Management:
  • Manage site operations remotely, providing clear guidance to site supervisors and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate delays, maintaining effective project controls.
  • Ensure adequate manpower, machinery, and material availability for each site, optimizing resource allocation.
Project Planning & Resource Allocation:
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and track expenses against targets, ensuring financial prudence and discipline.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely material dispatch, streamlining supply chain operations.
  • Forecast resource requirements and allocate efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date MIS reports for management review, providing valuable insights and intelligence.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all operations comply with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to corporate responsibility.
  • Conduct periodic safety audits and enforce company policies at sites, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Maintain necessary documentation for audits and client inspections, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 5–8 years of proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains.

Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously with excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools, willingness to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication and client-handling skills are required.
