Technical Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee the management of large technical facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless site operations, managing technical teams, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts/sites, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Lead and guide site teams to ensure adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  • Review and approve technical documents, including DSRs, WSRs, MSR, and MMRs.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and attend MMRs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for site teams to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Perform monthly technical audits of site equipment to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operation manuals, checklists, and other related documents.
  • E nsure all site work complies with safety rules and regulations set by the company and clients.
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot complex service issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely billing and accurate invoicing for each site.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the sales or commercial team by providing technical input for proposals and service quotes.
  • Prepare and share regular reports with senior management on service progress, team performance, and any operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of practical experience in large technical facility management.
  • Deep engineering knowledge in commercial utility equipment (HVAC, STP, WTP, Boilers, Lifts, Pump stations, Fire pumps, Solid waste management, Bio gas plant, etc.).
