Job Title: Project Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced project manager to lead our team in delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for site safety and ensuring zero accidents and incidents.
  • Responsible for representing the company in front of customers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the execution of projects through weekly review meetings with team members.
  • Ensure cost control and achieve positive NRM for best financial performance.
  • Conduct risk analysis and convert risks into opportunities for the company.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements during project execution and completion.
  • Closely monitor project milestones and trigger invoices accordingly.
  • Channel clear project communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement OTIS project management and site installation processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate between installation, quality, and testing teams.
  • Resource planning includes tools, subcontractors, before starting the project.
  • Get statutory approvals from government for both installation and end-user usage of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and good decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the elevator industry is preferred.
