Job Title: Site Operations Manager

The primary role of this position is to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and installation of jobs within estimated costs/time schedules
  • Supervising/monitoring processes and organizing stores
  • Managing subcontractors, teams, and materials
  • Preparing monthly projections of job completion, inspection, and handover
  • Monitoring project site activity management and preliminary site preparation
  • Planning the right tools for projects and manpower planning
  • Ensuring safety on sites
  • Cost control in projects
  • Organizing administrative activities of the department
  • Customer interaction and coordination with various departments

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY:

We support EH&S efforts of the department and ensure implementation of EH&S Management systems and other local standards.

We participate and facilitate participation of employees in the department in EH&S training and TBT as per EH&S plan.

We conduct EH&S inspections/audits as per assigned quota and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion dates.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/BE in Engineering
  • 6-8 years of experience handling construction in the elevator industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter
  • Ability/confidence to handle high-profile key customers

Desirable:

  • Experience in the elevator industry
