Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization across our manufacturing site in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, and Efficiency Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement the site's operational strategy for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level.
  • To set objectives and priorities and lead change management processes for the department.
  • To work with departments to maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating efforts in operational deployment.
  • To lead and support departments in implementing best practices to meet their goals.
  • To demonstrate leadership skills to develop teams against role capabilities.

Focused Improvement:

  • Provide loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.

Requirements:

  • ME or IE degree, MS or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of Consumer Goods manufacturing and Process Improvement experience.
  • Strong influencing skill to persuade senior stakeholders, using data, that investment in improvement plans will deliver results.
  • Effectively manage relationships, internal and external, to achieve world-class performance outcomes.
