Job Title: Site Operations Manager
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our civil construction sites.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality project outcomes.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely project completion and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement effective safety measures to protect personnel and property.
- Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope to inform decision-making.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert support for on-site construction teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards is essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical.
