Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review operational processes and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Manage workload overflow to meet business demands.
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures for all assigned tasks.
  • Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet client event needs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal customer space conditions including testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing hardware components, cleaning AV equipment, and performing support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the company values.
  • Provide training to clients as required.
  • Comply with local safety standards for all site duties.
  • Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video systems.
  • Travel to multiple job sites as needed.
Requirements
  • Effective communication with colleagues, clients, and employees.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to solder & crimp connectors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Understanding of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
  • Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets driving standards.
Education and/or Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of audio visual integration experience preferred.
  • Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Visio, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Preferred external training: AMX Intro to Networking for AV Professionals, Crestron Professional Installation, Exton AV Associate Certification, InfoComm Quick Start to the Audio-Visual Industry, InfoComm CTS General Certification.
